The list of agreed wheat and barley varieties subject to a Farm Saved Seed System royalty include a number that are protected under the previous Plant Variety Rights Act 1987 and still in wide use today. In agreement with Federated Farmers Arable these have been included in the voluntary system.

| Wheat seed | $300/tonne (excluding GST) |
